NHK Summer CAMP SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

This application is to be completed by the legal parent/guardian of the child to which the scholarship would apply. One application is required per child. Please Note: In order to award scholarships, we need all the questions to be answered openly and honestly. Scholarship funds are limited, and as a church we must be the best possible steward of all funds.

This application applies to the New Hope Kids Ministry Summer Camp. Note: Scholarship requests are awarded once the child is registered for the camp, with the camp deposit having been paid.
A scholarship form must be completed and submitted per student to be considered for a scholarship. No "word of mouth" scholarships are awarded.
Scholarship amounts are determined by New Hope staff and are rewarded on a case-by-case basis.
