NHS SUMMER CAMP SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

Application must be completed by student's legal parent or guardian. Please submit one application per student to be considered for a camp scholarship (multiple students need 1 submission each). Scholarship amounts vary and are rewarded on a case-by-case basis, with no guaranteed amount ahead of time. Please Note: In order to award scholarships, we need all the questions to be answered openly and honestly. Scholarship funds are limited, and as a church we must be the best possible steward of all funds.
