REVIVE WINTER CAMP SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

Application must be completed by student's legal parent or guardian. One application is required per student to be considered for a Revive Winter Camp scholarship. Scholarship amounts vary and are rewarded on a case-by-case basis, with no guaranteed amount ahead of time. Scholarship requests are awarded once the student is registered for camp, with the camp deposit having been paid. Please Note: In order to award scholarships, we need all the questions to be answered openly and honestly. Scholarship funds are limited, and as a church we must be the best possible steward of all funds.
