IT Team - Support Volunteer

The IT support volunteer team involves supporting the Self Check In Kiosk and Desk Check In. Workstations running Windows 10, printers and other PC peripherals. It also involves supporting our iPad's in the connections, KRUSH and Giving Kiosks area. Some light PC and networking trouble shooting may also arise. We have a staff member on hand just in case you need help. Most of the time it's helping others trying to check in at the Kiosks and changing rolls of paper out when the label printers run out ;) .
