Pastoral Care Team Volunteer
Pastoral Care operates with a few different volunteer teams:
- Prayer Partners pray over those who come up front for prayer after services as well as over the phone, praying over the online Prayer Wall, and during services.
- Daily Bread volunteers provide meals for those who have just come out of the hospital after having a child or surgery.
- Hospital Ministry volunteers pray with those who are in the hospital by phone or in person to encourage and uplift.
- Support Group facilitators lead DivorceCare and GriefShare Groups in the fall and spring.
Most of our volunteers are serving in Pastoral Care today because they were once themselves in need and serve in this ministry to give back to others and the Lord.
