Welcome to the fast-paced, high-stress, no-holds-barred world of video switching on the Production Team. You’ve got your camera team, your equipment, your director, and your own creativity to capture the heart and soul of the service; when you’ve done it well, there’s no feeling like it.
Generally, a position for a seasoned camera operator, video switching can definitely be daunting at first glance, but once you’ve mastered it, you’d be hard pressed to find a more fulfilling way to creatively worship.
A long road to get fully trained up and set loose, but what calling isn’t?
All positions volunteer during services.
Show up one hour prior to first service of the weekend.
Volunteer for whole weekend every fourth weekend.
