Revive Winter Camp - HS Volunteer
High School Revive Winter Camp 2024, held this year at Camp Cho-Yeh just outside of Livingston, Texas, and will take place February 16-18, 2024 for 9th-12th graders. RWC would not be possible without the participation of our New Hope Church family. When you serve as a volunteer at RWC, you get to be a part of the Life Change that is going to happen! We love seeing our adults engage in the next generation of New Hopers through this life-changing weekend. Note: Volunteer Sign-ups close 11:59pm Monday, January 22, 2024.
The responsibility of a HS RWC Bible Study Leader is as follows:
- All HS RWC Bible Study Leaders must be 18 and above.
- The HS RWC Bible Study Leaders will stay with the students in a cabin at Camp Cho-Yeh from Friday evening until returning to the Church on Sunday.
- They are responsible for studying, preparation and teaching of the Life Group lessons as well as leading Debrief discussion and holding students accountable with participating in their Encounters that NH Students will provide.
- The leader is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for students.
- The leader will keep up with the students in all activities, ensuring that they have a positive experience.
- The leader will maintain a positive attitude throughout the weekend, showing the love of Christ, recognizing the reality that Revive, to many students, will be their first encounter with the Gospel.
