Camp New Hope 2022_9th-12th Grade Sign-up

Camp New Hope 2022_9th-12th Grade is for students that attend 9th-12th Grade as of the 2021/2022 School Year. The $50 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required at the time of registration. Camp paperwork will be sent out at a later date and must be completed by the student's parent or legal guardian. The full balance is due on or before Sunday, July 3, 2022.

COVID PANDEMIC NOTE:
Please consider that as you sign-up your student(s) for Camp 2022 that we cannot predict the COVID-19 situation this far in advance. As of now we will continue to follow the guidelines closely, but please consider upon signing up for this event that we will be following whatever COVID-19 protocols are in place with the State of Texas camps at the time of the event. Guidelines are subject to change.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION NOTES:

TO REGISTER, click the "Register" link on the left. From there, you will have to login to your New Hope Member Database Account. If you have never created an online New Hope Member Database Account, click the "Register" tab on the login screen to create one. Please use the same email you use to receive New Hope emails, and the same cell number you use for checking in at church kiosks and receiving text communications from New Hope. Once created, you will receive an email an must click that email to validate your identity.

REGISTRATION INCLUDES the minimum $50 deposit and the completion of all camp paperwork online within the registration itself. NOTE:  The online registration form may take a moment to upload and the registration will take some time to complete.  Reason being, it includes entering all student information, parent / legal guardian information, insurance information, medical information, and the signing of releases and waivers within the registration so the registration will take some time.

REGISTRATION TIPS:
1) Registration requires completing all online Camp Paperwork so you'll want to have the information ready before beginning.
2) The system does NOT save incomplete registrations. If you do not complete all the registration steps in one sitting, you will have to start over.
3) Registrations can be completed using a computer, smart phone or tablet.
4) If have a Discount Code, be sure to enter in the "Discount Code" Box above the Registration Total Summary before moving to the screen to enter payment information. 

TO MAKE PARTIAL PAYMENTS OR PAY REMAINING BALANCE:
1) Click the "Login" button at the top right of this Camp New Hope 2022_9th-12th Grade Registration page.
2) Log into the New Hope Member Database Account with which the initial camp payment was made.
3) Once logged in, click the "My Account" tab below your name at the top right of this page.
4) Select the "Camp New Hope 2022_9th-12th Grade" link in the "Recent Registrations" box on the right of your account page to submit payment.
