NHK Summer Camp - 2019

New Hope Kids Summer Camp 2019 at Camp Tejas is for students currently in 2^nd – 4^th grade during the current 2019 Spring School Semester. Camp dates are Sunday, July 21st - Thursday, July 25th. The total cost of camp is $400.00 and includes all meals, travel and expenses. The $100 non-refundable deposit and online camp paperwork is required at the time of registration to secure a spot, with the full balance due on or before Sunday, June 15, 2019. Registration includes the minimum deposit of $100 and the completion of all camp related forms online.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION NOTES: 
TO REGISTER, click the "Register" link on the left. From there, you will have to login to your New Hope Member Database Account.  If you do not have a New Hope Member Database Account, click the "Register" tab on the login screen to create one. Please use the same email you use to receive New Hope emails, and the same cell number you use for checking in at church kiosks and receiving text communications from New Hope.  Once created, you will receive an email and must click that email to validate your identity.

REGISTRATION INCLUDES the minimum $100 deposit and the completion of all camp paperwork online within the registration itself. NOTE:  The online registration form may take a moment to upload and the registration will take some time to complete.  Reason being, it includes entering all student information, a student photo, parent / legal guardian information, insurance information, medical information, and the signing of releases and waivers within the registration so the registration will take some time. 

REGISTRATION TIPS:
1) Register using a computer, not a smartphone.  Reason is so the electronic forms will upload and process correctly.
2) The system does NOT save incomplete registrations.
3) The NHK Camp Registration Forms may take up to 45 seconds to load.
4) When filling out the camp forms, scroll up and down to see all the pages.  Do NOT click the "previous" button at the bottom left of the screen as that will take you back to the home screen.
5) Once you have completed all the required fields, scroll back up to the top of the web browser window. Click the "Done" button at the top right, above the 1st page (see screenshot below).




TO MAKE PARTIAL PAYMENTS OR PAY REMAINING BALANCE:
1) Click the "Login" button at the top right of THIS NHK Camp Registration page.
2) Log into the New Hope Member Database Account with which the initial camp payment was made.
3) Once logged in, click the "My Account" tab below your name at the top right of this page.
4) Select the "NHK Summer Camp - 2019" link in the "Recent Registrations" box on the right of your account page to submit payment.
